Horizon Health & Fitness opened its doors on Cosham High Street on April 2000, offering a quality and personal service for all shapes and sizes. Since taking over IntoShape Health and Toning in April 2000 the club has expanded the successful beauty treatments and toning tables.  The club offers the latest fitness equipment and members have free use of the sauna.  There is also 2 professional high powered sun beds to choose from, and you can benefit from the full range of treatments including waxing, manicures, massages, bodywraps and much more.  

On offer in the gym is a fully computerized fitness assessment, which is free to members coupled with regularly updated exercise programs. You can also choose from personal training, weight loss programs and back care sessions for back pain sufferers. 

Horizon Health and Fitness is a goal-orientated club.  This means the clubs aim is to ensure you meet your individual target or aim.  The whole place is fun and friendly with none of the traditional ‘posy’ atmosphere.  You always have the choice of a male or female instructors.
